Neve Jewels SAS is licensed to use the SACET brand pursuant to a licensing agreement with Sacet Ltd, a company registered in United Kingdom.

By accessing and using this Website, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Website and its services.

You are encouraged to review these Terms regularly, as we reserve the right to modify, update, or amend them at any time without prior notice. • If Neve Jewels SAS becomes liable to the Buyer for any reason, its liability will be limited to the amount paid by the Buyer for the relevant Order.
• Nothing in this clause 4 or in these Terms is intended to limit or exclude any rights you may have as a consumer under the law or to limit or exclude Neve Jewels SAS's liability to you. Is not possible to limit or exclude at law.

• These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
• If any provision of these terms and conditions is prohibited by law or found by a court to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, the provision shall, to the extent required, be severed and rendered ineffective to the extent possible without modifying the remaining provisions and shall not in any way affect any other circumstances or the validity or enforceability of these terms and conditions.
• The Website, its content, the Terms and Conditions and the Contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with French law any dispute not resolved through the normal complaints procedure shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of France.

Orders placed on www.sacet.com will be subject to acceptance in accordance with the terms and conditions.

• When ordering and paying, you make an offer to accept the goods at the price stated subject to the terms and conditions.
• Upon acceptance, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt, which will contain full details of your order at the time of ordering. However, such receipt will not be deemed to be a binding contract and the order will not be deemed to be “accepted” for the following reasons:
• Payment not authorized
• Partial payment pending;
• Out of stock products;
• Error on the website regarding the price amount indicated;
• The order is cancelled.
• Unable to fulfill order

Customers will be notified via email of any cancellation or rejection.

• We offer free delivery to all France destinations and free delivery to all international customers spending over £500. All our products are individually labelled with a specific delivery time indicated on the product page.
• Free Next Day Delivery only applies to products advertised as “Free Next Day Delivery”.
• Every effort will be made to ship and deliver products within the expected time frame; however, delays may be unavoidable due to unforeseen circumstances.
• We will not be held responsible for any loss you may incur due to late delivery or cancellation of your order. You can contact us if you have any questions regarding your delivery issues at [email protected]
• Any item purchased from us must be picked up within 90 days of arrival in store. Any order not picked up within 90 days will be automatically cancelled and subject to a restocking fee of 30% of the total order value.
• If an order is lost or damaged during transit, we will provide a replacement or refund at no extra cost. The risk of loss passes to the customer only after delivery has been completed.
• Customers are encouraged to report missing shipments within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Your purchase contract is not complete until we send you an order confirmation email within 5 business days of the date we receive your order.

• We take payment at the time of order; the merchant bank for security purposes will verify the card details.
• We accept all major credit and debit cards like Master Card, Maestro, Visa, Switch and Delta. You can also place an order over the phone by calling our toll-free number 01 86 76 10 22.
• Prices shown include VAT and packaging.
• Products are not shipped until and unless full payment is received for the order placed.

• The credit service provided by Alma is offered for the settlement of purchases and payment, subject to the buyer (purchaser) purchasing the product or service, accepting the terms of the payment in instalments or deferred payment contract.
• Fees may be charged by Alma.
• Any refusal by Alma to grant the payment in instalments or the deffered payment, may result in the cancellation of the purchase contract for goods or services (“GTC”), unless the purchaser agrees to pay the full amount upfront.
• In the event of termination of the GTC, the payment in instalments or deferred payment contract will be automatically terminated.
• In the event of withdrawal from the payment in instalments, or the deferred payment option used for the payment, the GTC will automatically terminate, unless you pay the total purchase amount in full via Alma. If the product has already been shipped, you will be required to return it within the maximum period in accordance with these GTC.

• Jewelry is not engraved, custom made or resized.
• The jewelry is in perfect original condition and the barcode security label is intact.
• Jewelry is returned within 30 days of the shipping date.
• Any diamond that falls out of the ring or is lost will not be covered by our return policy and no replacement will be guaranteed. We strongly advise you to have your jewelry protected against such accidents. Our advice to you is to inspect your item as soon as it arrives, and inform Neve Jewels SAS of any defects or damage, if you find any problems please contact us on 0187651829 or by email at [email protected]
• Jewelry sold at discount prices cannot be replaced at the same discounted price.
• Please keep in mind that any item returned for refund or exchange must always be unworn, with the tag and in perfect condition.

Shipping costs for returning the product will be the sole responsibility of the customer and will only be refundable in the case of a manufacturing defect in the product.

Note: Please return your purchase via FedEx/UPS special delivery and insure the package for the full amount of the purchase. Sacet is not responsible for any damage or lost packages during shipping.

• You must check the products as soon as you receive the same, regarding any fault or damage. Please notify it within 30 days from the delivery date and we will arrange replacement. However, failure to do so within 30 working days will not be acceptable for any refund.
• Returned merchandise must be undamaged and in “new and unused condition”. Items showing obvious signs of wear or alteration by a jeweler other than Neve Jewels SAS will not be accepted. Each product comes with a barcode security tag that must be intact, breaking this tag will void your 30 day returns.
• Items sent to our office without secure packaging and shipped beyond the 30 day return period will not be eligible for refunds.
• All earrings must be returned unworn to be eligible for an exchange.

Getting the right ring size can be a complicated matter. We offer resizing options depending on your ring type and complexity. Worn items can be resized with the exception of full eternity rings. See below for the resizing process and additional information. Our team is always available to assist you if you have any questions regarding your ring size

Engagement Rings & Diamonds:
For plain rings, rings not set with diamonds or gemstones, we offer free resizing up to 2 sizes up or down within 30 days of receiving the item.
For any resizing exceeding two sizes, we charge a fee of €69.

For engagement rings set with diamonds or gemstones (including custom rings), items must be assessed to ensure they can be resized or if they need to be remade. In both cases, a fee of €69 will apply.

Eternity-Rings:
Full Eternity Rings: Due to the nature of the setting, full eternity rings cannot be resized and must be replaced within 30 days of receipt. This price will depend on the difference in cost between sizes with a minimum of €69. Please contact our team to discuss alternative options for your ring.

For engagement rings set with diamonds or gemstones (including custom rings), items must be assessed to determine if they can be resized or if they need to be remade. In both cases, within 30 days, resizing is free up to two sizes up or down. Beyond two sizes, the minimum charge is €69.

Wedding-Rings:
For plain wedding bands, wedding bands not set with diamonds or gemstones, we offer free resizing up to 2 sizes up or down within 30 days of receiving the items. For resizing beyond two sizes, we charge a fee of €69. All rings will be assessed by our team before confirming the price.

Wedding rings set with diamonds or gemstones should be inspected prior to resizing to ensure that the nature of the setting will allow for resizing.

Custom-Rings:
We offer free resizing up to two sizes up or down within 30 days of receipt provided resizing is possible. For resizing exceeding 2 sizes up or down we charge a fee of €69. Upon receipt of your request our team will assess if resizing is possible and discuss this with you. Depending on the complexity of your ring resizing may incur additional costs which will be at your expense. This also applies if the ring needs to be remade from scratch if it cannot be resized as desired. You will be informed in advance of any additional costs. It will then be specified if the resize needs to be made.
