We offer various resizing options depending on the type and complexity of your ring. Previously worn jewellery can be resized, except for full eternity diamond rings. Below, you will find all the necessary information about our resizing process.

Engagement Rings & Diamond Rings
- Plain metal rings (without diamonds or gemstones): We offer one free resizing of up to two sizes up or down within 30 days of receiving your jewellery. A £69 fee applies for any resizing beyond two sizes.
- Engagement rings set with diamonds or gemstones (including bespoke rings): We must examine your jewellery to determine whether resizing is possible or if it needs to be remade.
- If resizing is possible, we offer it free of charge for up to two sizes up or down. If the difference exceeds two sizes, a minimum fee of £69 will apply.
Half-Eternity & Full-Eternity Diamond Rings
- Full eternity diamond rings: Due to the nature of the setting, full eternity rings cannot be resized and must be exchanged within 30 days of receipt. We invite you to contact our team to explore alternative solutions for your ring.
- Three-quarter eternity diamond rings: Due to the nature of the setting, these rings must be assessed to determine whether resizing is possible or if they need to be remade. The cost will depend on the difference in size.
Wedding Bands
- Plain metal wedding bands (without diamonds or gemstones): We offer one free resizing of up to two sizes up or down within 30 days of receiving your jewellery. A £69 fee applies for resizing beyond two sizes. Our team will always examine your ring before confirming the final cost.
- Wedding bands set with diamonds or gemstones: These must be inspected before resizing to ensure that the setting allows for adjustments.
Bespoke Rings
- We do not offer free resizing for bespoke orders, but resizing may be possible for a £69 fee, depending on the design of the jewellery.
- Once we receive your request, our team will assess whether resizing is feasible and discuss the options with you.
- Due to the complexity of certain designs, additional costs may apply if the resizing requires significant alterations or if the ring needs to be remade. All additional costs will be communicated in advance, and you can decide whether to proceed with the resizing.
- Bespoke orders cannot be refunded but can be exchanged. Additional fees may apply depending on the item you choose in exchange.
