Returns & Refunds

For your peace of mind, we offer a 30-day return period if your jewellery does not meet your expectations. To qualify for a refund or exchange, your jewellery must be returned in its original, unworn condition, with its tag attached.

Upon receipt, our team will carefully inspect each return within 7 to 10 days.

  • Engraved items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Bespoke jewellery orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Resized jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if they have not been worn.

How to Return Your Order

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it for an exchange or refund, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Use the original packaging or another package of similar size and send the parcel to our return address. We strongly recommend using a trusted delivery service and insuring the full value of your order.

  3. Include all certificates and accompanying documents from the order. Failure to do so may delay the refund or result in deductions.

    • Your name
    • Your order number
    • The delivery service used for the return
    • The tracking number
    • The reason for return

For security reasons, never write “diamonds,” “Sacet,” or “diamond jewellery” on the outer packaging or address label. Sacet cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged parcels during transit.

Please note: In-store advisors do not inspect returned items. Your jewellery will be sent to our dedicated team, who will assess its eligibility for a return or refund.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once your jewellery is received in our workshop, our team will carefully examine it within 7 to 10 days. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 8 to 10 working days.

Damaged & Used Items

If you notice an imperfection upon receiving your jewellery, please contact us immediately at [email protected] [email protected] or call us at +33187651829 0207 442 5550. Our expert artisans will take care of your jewellery as soon as possible.

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, refuse the delivery or contact us immediately at [email protected] [email protected] for further instructions.
  • Items altered by any jeweller other than Sacet will not be accepted.
  • Any item repaired, resized, or engraved by a third party (not approved by Sacet) will void the lifetime manufacturing guarantee.
  • We strongly recommend returning your jewellery via a trusted delivery service and insuring the parcel for its full purchase value. Sacet cannot be held responsible for loss or damage during transit.
