Your creation will be delivered safely by Royal Mail, DPD or DHL, our trusted partners. Every shipment is fully insured against loss, damage, or theft during transit, ensuring complete peace of mind.

All our personalised jewellery is made to order by our skilled artisans. The production process takes approximately 2 to 3 weeks (or 3 to 4 weeks for bespoke items).

We will keep you informed at every step: as soon as your jewellery is dispatched, you will receive an email with all essential details, including the estimated delivery date and a personalised tracking link. In just a few clicks, you can track exactly where your jewellery is.

Each piece is sent in its Sacet jewellery box, carefully protected within discreet transport packaging. This double-layered protection ensures both security and confidentiality for your precious order.

To ensure the secure collection of your jewellery, we require you to present a valid photo ID (passport or driving licence) upon arrival.

All jewellery purchases must be collected within 90 days of delivery to our Paris boutique. If an order is not collected within this timeframe, it will automatically be cancelled, and a restocking fee of 30% of the total order value will apply.

Your jewellery deserves the utmost care, right up to its delivery destination. To ensure its security at your chosen address, we kindly ask you to provide the following information:

• A copy of a valid photo ID of the cardholder (we recommend a passport or driving licence).
• A copy of a recent utility bill or bank statement (dated within the last three months) to verify your billing address.
